If the logos are 150 x 150 bmps then you need to do nothing but to change them to logo1.bmp, logo2.bmp..... to get the correct team number just open the team setup and look at the stadium, above that will be your team number.
If the logos are not 150x150 or are not bmp the simpliest way to change this without editting is to open the file in PAINT, select attributes, change the image to 150 x 150. Center, stretch to make the image look good. Save as logo#.bmp. Very simple. Then just copy these logos into the logos folder in your league folder.
If the logos are 150x150 then you need to simply make sure that they are bmp files, if not convert them....other posts will give you more info on doing this....
