All I can really add is I have noticed that the blue stars for prospects seem to be rated somewhat differently now is some of my leagues since converting to 6.5.

I haven't delved into starting a new league yet using 6.5 or 6.5a. I have however converted 2 solo leagues, 1 online league, and 2 test leagues from 6.12. In those leagues....some players who I know were 4.0 blue stars are now rated 5 stars. I can view those players in the editor to see what there ratings before and after converting were and they are the same. The only difference is the blue stars.

I also saw players in the ammy drafts that seemed to have talent ratings a little low for guys that were showing up as 5.0 blue stars.

It could just be my evaluations were off before in terms of what the game thought of as a 5.0 blue star...but I have felt it was adjusted some (which isn't a bad thing...just an observation) before I read this thread.
