Steroids weren't against MLB rules until 2001, correct? And they already have a punishment system in place. Why would you want Juan Rincon and Alex Sanchez, those fearsome homerun hitters (side point: show me proof that steroids, or "steriods," hurt the game more than betting) banned from baseball AFTER ALREADY BEING PUNISHED FOR STEROID USE and Joe Jackson and Pete Rose allowed back in despite the rules against betting?
