The naming convention is firstName_lastName.bmp
Use the space bar if you have
"Baby Doll" (first name), "Jacobson" (last name) so its "Baby(spacebar)Doll(underscore)Jacobson.bmp"
or
"Ken Griffey Jr" would be "Ken(underscore)Griffey(spacebar)Jr.bmp".
Edit:
In case you mistyped your note... wrote "spacebar" when you meant to write "underscore"... check the spelling of the name vs the bmp file, an extra space, period or mistyped name will throw it off. The first and last name on the player card has to match exactly the filename (capitalization doesn't matter). If you have "Ken Griffey Jr." (with a period) on the player card and the pic is "Ken_Griffy Jr.bmp", then it will look to match "Ken Griffey Jr" (no period) in the player card or try to find "Ken_Griffey Jr..bmp". "J.R. Richard" is "j.r._richard.bmp".... "J. R. Richard" is "j. r._Richard.bmp".

jdew, thanks for your help.
In one case, the first name was last and last name first...corrected that one.
But I have several others that looked perfect...Biz_Mackey is the way the photo is labeled and that is how it is spelled in the game...just like the other several hundred photos that work...I have even tried to assign the photo the player's game ID number...and this doesn't work.
I'll keep at it and see if I made little errors and overlook them.
Thanks for the detailed explanations...you are one of the best, when it comes to explaining how the game works.
