You will need to resize them to 150x150 and save them as bmp files if they are not already. Paint is adequate for doing that sort of thing.
Another place you could go is espn.com or somewhere to grab so logos for yourself from college team pages in the football or basketball sections. I think they are gifs that are just a little smaller than 150x150. I have gone this route before with logos, taking the downloaded copy, pasting it into the middle of a blank 150x150, and fill the remaining white on the outside with the color of the rest of the logo background. It worked well for me.
