I'm personally exporting from 6.12 and my offers seem to be going through. We have some people on 6.5 and others on 6.12 and people have reported problems with both.

I do know a similar problem dates back to v5 so maybe this is nothing new, but it's never seemed to affect the league on such a large scale until now.

I think when I get home I'm going to set up a dummy online league and download the file on both .12 and .5 and export teams from both and see what happens.
