So far I've seen a lot more players get into the bigs on their own when they're 20 to 23 than in the last version, which is great IMO. You even see less-than-stellar players do that, get to the peak before they're 25, and then wash out of the bigs by their 32nd birthday. I don't think I ever saw this before in the game.

Conversely, while I've seen a couple guys hit a brick wall when they turned 35, I've seen others play right on through 40. This is also cool, as my biggest problem with the aging before wasn't so much that 38 was a death year but that it seemed to be one for *everybody*. Now death years apparently vary wildly from player to player.
