This is a purely fictional league with more than 10 years of playing time under its belt and one of the top fictional leagues in OOTP. We use 6.5/6.12, either one will be fine for this league BUT you must own the game and we would prefer a OOTP veteran and not a newbie only because its easier for the league when a vet comes in and we dont have to worry about training someone. Newbies will be accepted but are subject to more scrutiny as we have been burned by new people on numerous occasions
