I have created originator files for other people, and have created my own wisconsin/minnesota files. What I do it to take the files from the census bureau which lists each city of the state. I put it into excel and modify it to the correct format of the originator dat files. I have a blank .dat file and I cut the data from excel and put it into the dat file and save it as XX_Origin.dat where XX is the state abbreviation. It takes about 20 minutes for me to create these files. If you are using the originator then this will work for you. If you would like to have a nebraska state file then just send me a pm and I can create one for you to use with the originator. You just have to remember to use this each season before the draft to change the names of the players.
