I have only seen " Get back in the dugout" and "I'm ok, Sir. I have a lot left in me" Anyone seen the pitcher say "What took you so long?" or something similar? Can a pitcher say he just doesnt "feel good" or "have it" after two or three walks, regardless of the pitch count?
