Hidden "clutch" rating. Plus, if the player is named "Scott Rolen" he will always hit .300 or better. I think Markus loves Scott Rolen or something it's not fair the game is stupid.

Actually, from what I've seen, CH and PH are completely removed from one another. You make a player with a 45 CH and a 120 PH, he'll hit .240 with 75 homeruns. Patience might have a tiny effect, but I haven't seen a great deal there either.
