One way to get guys who do not like to write or just don't feel like they would be very good at it...is have them participate in something interview style. For example...someone comes up with some questions...the GM answers the questions....and than someone puts it together. In one of my leagues we've had things that were similar to Pardon the Interuption, Around the Horn, and 10 Burning Questions...and in another league...The Hot Seat. Most people don't mind answering some questions via email or over AIM...and it does add to the article that the writer is getting direct replies, more than if the writer was just writing from his or her own perspective or opinions.

The other way someone who doesn't write could do would be to manage the one or some of the awards ballots, IE All-Star or End of Season awards (assuming their is a GM vote on such things).
