Maybe a "short-list" of a few things that "we are considering - no guarantees or confirmation until a later date". At least that would give us something to talk about - something to cross reference with ideas we've suggested. It would seem as long as the proper caveat's were wrapped around it - it would be clear that these items are simply under discussion - yet it would be a communication medium that would keep a lot of folks more closely involved....
