I agree ... I have NO problem, at all, with buying a new game each year when they come out. As it should be, as a company has to make money, but I think that improvements to current games are patches.
IMO these are all additions that would be included in v7, and I would gladly pay for that finished product - but I think it's wrong to add a few things and charge for them. Truth being - we could all just wait until spring (when v7 finally comes out) to get these upgrades, and skip this payment. But, unfortuneately - many leagues will adopt this patch - errr I mean - "expansion pack" and people (me included) will be forced to purchase it.
Point being that I don't think any "extra work" was involved in these additions, as IMO they were being done anyway to be part of the v7 product. So in essense, I'm getting charged twice for some of the improvements.
