As far as posting standings, I am a computer dunce. If someone will tell me step-by-step how to post the standings, I will try to do it.
|
This is how I do it:
In League New section click Standings Report
Hold right mouse button down and 'mark' the standings
Ctl-C to copy
open Notepad
Ctl-V to paste
fix alignment so columns line up
copy and paste into 'reply to thread' window puting [ code] [ /code] around the text
and your standings are posted.

Question: Is it hard to access the website? Is that why you want detailed writeups?
|
It's not hard at all. I have dial-up and use firefox so things are pretty slow if I open up mulitple windows (which I usually do when I'm doing OOTP/Baseball stuff). I just loved the 'extra' flavor the detailed write up had. But having said that, I understand the reason for the shorter ones--and they give, as you said, everything we need to know.
This has long been one of my favorites EC, I view the website as a place to 'supplement' my information. Like, if I want to know how Johnny Kling or the Reds staff as a whole has been doing. I for one apprecitate the extra time you've put in to make a site for your league.
