Actually...I'd like to see Byrnes leadoff for a couple of games. He's been hitting better and maybe he's the spark we need to get the game going early.
Agreed, move Chavy down the order for a few games and hit Kotsay at #3.
I'd like to see something like this for the next couple of games:
LF Byrnes
C Kendall
CF Kotsay
1B Hatte
RF Kielty
DH Durazo
3B Chavez
SS Scutaro
2B Ellis
Even putting Scooter in the 2 spot wouldn't hurt...he's cooled off somewhat in May...but, giving him a shot to hit early in the game might not be a bad thing with him having one of the better OBP on the team so far this year.
