Lightheavyweight champ John Donaldson (11-6) lost a UD10 to HW - Billy Smith (18-9-1) in a non-title bout.

Donaldson stepped up to HW for the fight and was in the fight until getting dropped twice in the 10th. The decision was close so he might of won the fight if he had just stayed on his feet. He will not lose his title.
