I would agree. I'm sure there's not a 100% correlation (Wade Boggs, Rickey Henderson both walked a ton), but I would think power hitters get pitched around more often, thus draw more walks.

Just checking the walks leaders among active players:

Bonds, F. Thomas, Bagwell, Palmeiro, Olerud, Thome, Sheffield, Ventura, Biggio, Griffey, Bernie Williams, Todd Zeile, Tim Salmon, Chip Jones, Luis Gonzalez, Mark McLemore, Man-Ram, Larry Walker, Jason Giambi, Julio Franco. That's the top 20. So there's a strong tendency there, but not 100% correlation (Mark McLemore???).
