I truly believe that this is one of the very best OL leagues out there, and it has nothing to do with my Two NCBL Championships (my only OL titles).
Sims are ALWAYS on schedule, the rules are extremely reasonable, and most of the GM's have been around for a long while.
If you want a dependable and steady league, the NCBL is the one to choose.
