This is a very easy fix.
1) Save your game.
2) Make changes to your strikeout values.
3) Run a full season. No human controlled teams, its a throw away season anyway.
4) See the end result.
5) Re-load the same season
Repeat steps 2-4 as many times as it takes to get the values your looking for.
