The World Penal League (or World Prison League, for those of you not mature enough to handle the word 'penal'... which includes me, I guess, which is why I put it in the title...) currently has openings for it's second season. We just moved into the new season and are currently going through coach signings (but since all of the teams retained their coaches over the offseason, it's going to be fairly short), so we'll be moving into Free Agency within the next couple of days.

The league is run on OOTP5, but if you're willing to put in the work, I'm not requiring GM's to have the game in order to participate. I'm currently playing around with BOSI now and may have it implemented for season 3 for GM's not having the game. We are using CatoBase and I'm looking to do some site tweaking/re-formatting in the next couple of days (or by the time we start the new season, whichever comes later). We currently run 3 sims a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday/Saturday), simulating 7 days at a time.

We've got some really good GM's in the league and are looking to try and fill up our GM roster before the season begins. We have 6 teams open, and I'd love to have all of the teams filled. We will be running with computer GM's if I can't get the teams filled in a timely manner, but that's just a "last resort".
