It is in the Utilities section at OOTPDOWNLOADCENTER.com You will need the Orginator and Origins dat files. I have also converted some of the names files found on the site to be used with the originator and have created locations and names files for other countries. If you want any of these and instructions on how to implement them into the originator let me know. The advantage of using the originator over standard name files is that you can only use 3 at a time in a league, with the originator you can have 20 different origins/names. The disadvantage is that you need to run the orginator at the start of each season before the draft....(takes about 1 second)...
