Under League Setup go to the Edit Schedule screen. There should be a button below the "Starting Date" button on the lower right that says "Allstar Date." You select that and simply enter in the date you want the game.

Just guessing but it sounds like you a simply using the "Add Game" button on the bottom left of the Edit Schedule screen. I cannot think of a reason the "Allstar Date" button would not be there for you, unless you are in a one-league configuration, which does not permit an All-Star Game.
