The
Western Hemisphere Baseball League is entering the postseason, and going through a roll call of GMs to see if there will be any vacancies for next season. I believe there is currently one opening. We're a fictional league, talent-only ratings, no writing required (but welcomed!). There's no points system, but we're pretty active nevertheless. Cash for stadium alterations, waivers posted on a forum in the league website.
