GM Looking for New League
Experience GM looking for new league; preferably 2005/real players OR I'd love to try managing an expansion team.
I run the Aspen Timberwolves in the CBL, where I took a 65-97 team (season before I entered, last place in division) to 78-84, followed by 3 consecutive division titles. I went 101-61 in my best season and was runner-up for AL GM of the Year (despite getting swept in the World Series). I did this without inheriting a deep farm system (most of my team has been acquired through trades and free agency).
In my other current league (bats.abatt.net), I took over the Florida Marlins after the 2004 season (88-74). A solid core of FA signings led my team to a 96-66 season and World Series victory in my first season as GM.
