I would try to double-space your single lines, and then breaking your scenes up with an HR tag or perhaps quadruple-spacing. In creative writing, unless you're switching perspectives, and you never switch perspectives because this is a character/millieu story, you don't want to put in unnecessary breaks beyond either a new scene or perspective change. I've been edited many times on this point.
