The Pan American Baseball Federation needs a couple of owners for the upcoming 2019 season. (12th season)

I started the league back in Feb of '03 and we are still going strong.... 9 original owners remain plus quite a few of the owners more than 5 seasons invested....

League Setup:
-20 team fictional league
-Financials on ($85M Salary cap)
-No DH

The open teams are the Washington Federals (a true dynasty) & the California Dragons (a true mystery)
