I'm not Steve, but will try to help.

Go to your Control Panel, open the folder called eLicense Control. Open the Out of the Park Developments folder, right-click on Out of the Park Baseball v6.0 and choose unlicense. If needed copy or print the product receipt (you'll need your orderID). Oh, I assumed you had a broadband, always on connection. If not, connect to the internet before unlicensing.

Uninstall the game.

Install the game on the new computer and license using the orderID. If you can not license the game because both your licenses are showing be in use, send an e-mail to support@elicense.com and explain the virus situation and that you unlicensed and uninstalled from that computer. They should send a reply within a few hours letting you know one of your licenses as been reset. You can then license the game on the new PC.
