These are really good...all of them.

It will be tough for me to choose just a few of these.

I must confess...as a member of the nickname committee, I did not like the name Stogies at all...gave it no points in the vote. I favored something like Hurricanes or Cubanos.

But must admit, it has really turned into some fine logos...and I have grown to like the nickname.These are really good...all of them.

#1----combined palm trees and cigars and even worked in baseball...fine colors and fonts.

#2----maybe be the best overall...white panama suit and hat really fit the Cuban image...great use of color...just a little red on hankerchief and tie really makes it nice...fine fonts...will show up well in OOTPB.

#3----has a great nostalgic and aged look and feel...excellent the way the cigars do not intrude or block the letters...fine colors...really close to being my favorite.

#4----Very well done...captures the "revolutionary" image of Cuba very well...excellent font on "ST0GIES".

#5----Love the use of Spanish for team name...very well done in all respects...like the cigar band for nickname placement.

#6----Very well done...but prefer more eyecatching colors...like the cigar band theme.

#7----Fine traditional logo...like the smoking cigar...like the Cuban flag...use of cigar to make the "H"...like the red and blue colors...white for lettering, which will show up very well in OOTPB.

Oh, what the heck...all these logos deserve my vote...this may be the best set we have had so far.
