I drafted a mediocre CF that knew both LF & RF as well. He was not a good hitting prospect but but was VERY good defensively (above 980 at all three OF spots and a B arm), was super-fast (A), a good basestealer (A), and a good bunter (A/B). He learned both SS & 2B his first year in A ball with good-enough fielding % and B range. Since he had no power (poor,0) I always dropped several points into his defense at some position in spring training. His 2nd year he learned 3B and his 3rd 1B. By the time he made it to the majors he could player every position but catcher and do so well enough to be usefull. Interestingly, his ratings jumped dramatically when he was 29 and again when he was 30, so he ended up playing full time from then on.

In some ways sounds like Rex Hudler's career, except for the superior speed.
