thanks in advance to whom ever can help me.

I want to start a league and I need help all the way from scratch.

where do i start off first of all? do i make a site on freewebs,expage or aol hometowns? then what do i do to upload a league file or league site to it to where i can easily just upload things to update it?

if someone would be willing to give me a step by step walk thru on how to start a league id be very thankful. thanks in advance once again.
