Comments: Lott, in my mind, has disappointed. Especially this season. Picked #1 overall 7 seasons ago,
he just hasn't produced average-wise (except for a glorious 2009). The power and speed are all there,
but to really take his game to the All-Star level, he needs to start hitting over .270. At just 29 (he
turned 4 days ago), he has a chance to set extraordinary career numbers, but not if he doesn't start
hitting for a higher average. He also struggles on defense, having made 30 errors this season.

Current Impact: 6 out of 10
Future Impact: 10 out of 10 (his ability to improve over the next 3-4 years is probably a top 3 indicator
of the teams' future success)

Comments: I can't figure Casey out. His ratings suggest future starter, but his production warrants
his release. Even worse, he's rated as our #1 minor league prospect. So why the sub .200 average?
Maybe it is OOTP's way of saying he'll just hit .200 in the bigs, so let's not get John's hopes up.
Either way, I'm thinking I may send him to AA in 2012, purely to see if that'll help him along.

Current Impact: 0 out of 10
Future Impact: 4 out of 10, he could make a solid bench player or good trade bait with development
