The rules need to be cleaned up some. Removing references to the AHBA would be a good start.
Is the problem of an owner with more than one team pervasive enough that it has to be part of the official constitution? Twice?

I'm offering this as a friendly tip - if the rules page appears sloppy and hastily patched together, it is an indication to prospective owners that the league itself may be operated in a similar fashion.
