I'm starting this in direct corralation to Chappy's KILLER dynasty about the Freedom. I'm in a similar
situation that he was when he took them over, only my Nevada Dragons haven't won squat in the 12 seasons
of the
NPBL (not rebuilding a champ, more like a chump). I took over the team in mid-July of 2010, just
over a year ago. They were like a game into 1st place and we blew it in the last 2 weeks (I didn't do
a lot to that team).
After a rampage of trades in the offseason in an attempt to get over the hump with some proven talent,
we've fallen flat on our face this season. We're mired in 3rd in the Great Explorers League Western Division,
with the top 2 teams in the division getting to play baseball in October. 3rd sounds great, only we're a
nice fat 15.5 games back of 2nd place. Let's just say we won't have a problem watching Monday Night
Football in October.
This will be pretty similar to Chappy's posts, I'll cover pretty much the same things. For those not in
the know, the NPBL - National Pastime Baseball League is currently in August of 2011 (it's 12th season).

off of that dynasty (I only have OOTP5 at the time, not 6 like NPBL uses).
