But I don't think he was a nutjob *in the clubhouse* or in the press that Randy Johnson always has been. He strikes me more as Walter Johnson than Lefty Grove - intimidating on the field, but not a prick off.

Well to his credit, he was a big spokesman for the war effort along w/ Washington teammate Sam Kass. Both the most loved players in DC history. Well, and Will Miller.
