Go into league setup and make sure in the stadium editor(Edit Ballpark on lower right hand side of Basic Setup screen) that the in game field pictures are set to the directory that you have files in. You have to do this for each stadium. In your case it would be

CTC\fieldname.bmp

I think this may fix your problem
