Here's another utility I made for myself that I thought I'd share.

This program will reduce the size of the Injury, News and Transactions files so that they will be smaller when you open them in the game. You won't have to scroll so much to find the most recent information. It transfers the file contents to a backup so that you can always restore the information later.
The program must be put in the LEAGUE_NEWS_BOX folder for your league.
Like C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP 6\MyLeague.lg\LEAGUE_NEWS_BOX
There are two buttons:
--Clean Up Files - this transfers all of the file contents to a backup. The linj.txt, lnews.txt and ltrans.txt will get emptied and the contents will get transfered to backups. The game will only show the Injury, News and Transactions that occur after this button has been pressed.
--Restore Files - puts everything back into the original files from the backups.
>>Important<<
* Press Restore Files after Clean Up Files to keep the information in the correct order.
** Press Restore Files at the end of the season especially if you are using the Almanac or Catobase.
