Came out of retirement in 2004 to fight for something called the Austrian International Heavyweight Title against a fellow with four fights under his belt. Biko lost. He also has dropped bouts to Przemyslaw Saleta, Obed Sullivan, Lamon Brewster, Timo Hoffmann, Wladimir Klitschko, Corey Sanders and Chris Byrd.
He did manage to stop Frankie Hines, but hasn't everyone? (I wonder who paid to see that fight)
