Fatigue in an online league

What are the best settings, or even just strategies, to keep the player fatigue on my online team to a minimum?

I've heard the utility player percentages are a little random, that you're just setting the chance that utility player will play in each game, and that's unpredictable.

There's no way to just say "sub Y for X if X is tired, until X is no longer tired". Or at least none that I know of.

One strategy that I came up with is to have different lineups for left handed and right handed pitchers, but of course that takes a lot of roster spots.

Any thoughts or advice from you more experienced (or even new) owners would be much appreciated.

Thank you!
