I sinceerly hope you guys are joking w/r to the whole 'they must live in a trailer' thing. I live in a trailer park, have for 10 years. My dad and stepmother also live in a trailer park. Its cheeper than a house but better than an apartment since you have a little bit of yard and have something you can sell to recoup the cost later. Its takes maybe 3-5 years to pay off a used trailer, 30+ years to buy a house new or used.
