Mark, what exactly are the tbdx files(tb=Title Bout?)? I have my own homemade ratings for these fighters, and as soon as I get them back from Tx., I'll post everyone's ratings here. I defaulted on punches landed(I think I gave most 1-39), if I remember, and favored punches, but I differentiated enough that the 40th best will usually defeat the fiftieth best.
