Translating ratings into stats

I remember seeing a spreadsheet a while back that showed what a particular rating was likely to translate into in terms of numbers. For example if a player had a contact rating of 75, he was likely to hit .300 (not sure if this is accurate or not. This is just an example). Or if he had a power rating of 90, he was likely to hit say 50 home runs.

I know Jayzone has made an excellent Ratings Translator. But it won't work for what I need. I am looking to edit a player's ratings to match specific numbers, or as close to it as possible. I'm doing this for an entire league and Jayzone's program would require too much trial and error. So does anyone else remember seeing this spreadsheet I am referring to? Or know of another way I can do it?
