Surely you all know how good a basestealer Bagwell is right? He only steals 15-25 a year normally, but he's almost never thrown out. His stealing was a 2. So I bumped it way up. Larkin, same thing. Guy almost never gets thrown out. I bumped his steal to a 10 and his speed to 6 so he should steal 30-50 as a youngster.
I will keep tabs on these things as the season goes on & edit if necessary.
