How long should I give them? Ideally, we'd be done tomorrow so I could sim Thursday, but that's probably unrealistic. But I do want some kind of stated time limit so I can keep this moving.
When in doubt SEND LISTS! If I don't see you on, I may make your pick. That inlcudes if you're 2nd in line & I make the pick ahead of you. If I have no list & haven't seen you for a while, I may pick for you.
