I'm having trouble creating an historical league with the Lahman database. When I attempt to create an historical league, I get a message that says: "could not create folder."

I've got version 4.1 of OOTP4 and version 4.5 of the Lahman database (comma delimited, not the access version).

the Lahman DB is unzipped in the default c:\stats folder

I read through the previous posts by people who've had trouble with the DB, and have yet to come across any trouble that resembles mine. If anyone has any ideas on what the trouble is, or whether i've omitted a simple step, any and all advice would be appreciated.
