Kobe Surpass expansion team is in need of an owner.
The team will be a member of the
Japanese Baseball League and will begin play during the 2005 season.
Our 4 expansion teams will be drafting and signing a few free agents during the 2004 season, with a full-blown expansion draft occurring prior to 2005. We go at a fast pace, so the expansion owners will only need to wait a month or so until they begin play.
