#3 is the one that gets my vote...nice color contrast and clean design won me over.

#2 is a fine uniform...but the lettering and the cap are splotchy...edges are not smooth enough.

#1 is well done...but too avant-guarde for an old traditionalist like me...I like more color contrast.

#4 is well done...need more color contrast.
