One thing I think you need to make sure of to use the ERACalc is to leave the default path for the Master HTML reports to c:\LEAGUESITE.

I think if you change the path for the reports, it will not find them. Not 100% sure this is the case (I remember having the same problem when first using the ERACalc). The utility will find the league file with no problems for backups, etc, but the HTML files need to be in the default.
