So you start off with a draft and you get in to the top 5 picks. You pick a 37 year old SP who looks really "jacked". The draft ends and right away you get an email from the 37 year old SP explaining how he's calling it quits. Would you try to trade him somehow for a younger SP. Or do you let him leave in his glory and bring up someone from the minors?

Also say one of your top notch players get injuried. The injury is going to last half the season. What would you do?
