After a 10 round decision over Robert Meunier in his pro debute, Zadourian, in Oct 1962 lost a 15 round decision to Fernand Nollet for the French Lightweight Title. In Feb 1964 he defeated Roger Prigent in 12 round decision in a Semi French LW title bout, then a month later defeated Mohammed Ben Said in a 15 round decision to take the then vacant French LW Title.
In March 1965, Zadourian fought for the vacant European (EBU) LW Title against Franco Bondi. Bondi stopped Zadourian in the 3rd round. A couple months later, Leon fought a 15 round draw with Roger Younsy for the French LW title. IN 1966 after loosing 10 round decisions to Borge Krogh and Rene Roque and then defeating Andre Diaoua via 6th round TKO, Zadourian then in October 1966 lost a 12 round decision to Roque in an eliminator bout for the French LW Title. That was Zadourian's last chance at any title. He finished out his career loosing 3 of 5 fights over the next couple years, including a 4th round TKO loss to Bruno Arcari in Leon's last career bout.
